Duration: Each webinar should be at least 1 hour long to ensure sufficient time for meaningful content delivery and interaction.
Content Structure: Include a minimum of 5 distinct segments or topics within the webinar to maintain engagement and cover diverse aspects of the subject matter.

Technical Specifications:
- Video Quality: Maintain high-definition (HD) video quality, preferably 720p or 1080p resolution, to enhance visual clarity and user experience.
- Aspect Ratio: Videos should adhere to a standard aspect ratio of 16:9 to prevent distortion and ensure compatibility across devices.
- Audio Quality: Audio should be clear, audible, and synced with the video content. Avoid background noise or distractions that may hinder comprehension.
Presentation: Use visual aids, slides, or other supporting materials to complement verbal explanations and facilitate understanding.
Interaction: Incorporate interactive elements such as polls, Q&A sessions, or live chat to encourage active participation and engagement among attendees.
Accessibility: Ensure that the webinar platform and materials are accessible to all participants, including those with disabilities, by providing captions, transcripts, or alternative formats as needed.
